Aircraft Engine
Our engineering team can provide any of the following services:
- Engineering Order and Fleet Directive development for new systems or aircraft[helicopters modifications.
- Maintenance Program development and program approval support to allow operators full control over their fleet maintenance programs.
- Reliability analysis and development of reports according to the operator's aircraft reliability program.
- Full engineering support during selection, specification, acceptance, and evaluation of aircraft.
- Technical support during pre-delivery preparation, bridging, and continued operations.
- Analysis and engineering support for Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB).
Maintenance Programs
A proper maintenance program can save any operator a significant percentage of operating costs. In today's high regulation the cost of maintenance is a large portion of total operating costs.
The maintenance program services we offer are:
- New program development - we will use the manufactures MRB, to produce a regulatory compliant base maintenance program. This will include task by task analysis of what is applicable to your fleet based on AD and modification status. In addition your operating environment and past data on other fleets can be reviewed for additional tasks that may apply to your new fleet.
- Existing program optimization - we will use our experience, your experience, your reliability data, your operational environment, and other parameters to optimize your program. Sometimes an external eye with no allegiance to an existing program can make progress possible that was impossible with existing staff politics
Technical Services
We provide assistance in design/development of structural repair schemes, modification, in close coordination with customers' technical/quality assurance personnel and associated Federal Aviation Authorities. Round-the-clock engineering solutions to aircraft undergoing maintenance
Shop Support
We provide shop support in areas such as NDT, Machine Shop, Treatment Process Room, Paint Shop, Cleaning Bay, Interior Cleaning, Fabric & Composite Shop, Hot Bonding Room, Seat Shop, Carpet Shop, Assembly and Disassembly shop.
We provide inspection services on aircraft to meet specifications.
We worked closely with customers to achieve goals and objectives.
